Today is suppose to be an off day, which is basically a day I don’t go to the gym since I am in there alot for work.
- exercise for 30 minutes
- drink 1 liter extra
- 500 calorie deficit
Therefor my exercise is not gym exercise like the treadmill or such. Instead I walked alot today, if I had ten minute until my next class I walked, I also took a walk down to the store with the BF. It was nice on the way to the store since the sun was out, on the way back though it was cold. Besides that my plan is to do a 30 minute work out video that is on the National Body Challenge website, which I have listed on the side. It will help up my burn calorie list.
As for the water, I am so getting sick of it. I didn’t have a liter of water on hand today since I wasn’t going to the gym. Instead I drank two glasses at breakfast, then two again at lunch. After lunch I grabbed a liter bottle and began to drink that. I drank almost half of that plus the glass at dinner. I am so sick of water. I will have to say though that after five days of drinking around the recommended dose my skin looks clearer and I seem to be getting used to it.
My deficit is going to be around 500 even more if I do the workout video that I plan. I also still have 100 calories set aside for a snack for that day. So, I am doing good. I am beginning to wonder if the photos that I am going to take this Sunday will show any difference or even the weigh in on Monday. I hope so, but at the very least at least I am eating better and getting more exercise.
